UHIN is pleased to announce that Wasatch Peak Family Practice is contributing laboratory data to the cHIE as of July 12, 2016! Wasatch Peak is a four-physician practice in Layton that offers adult and pediatric primary care, as well as specialty services such as asthma and diabetes care.
Two of their physicians also serve as hospice medical directors, so that they can continue to care for long-time patients who are nearing the end of their lives. Wasatch Peak will enable CHIE users to gain valuable insights into the health of patients of all ages! Their data will display in the Clinical Portal’s Patient Summary view.
